This shop supplies player skins, static models and animated models. Files, editable sources, animations, target versions and licenses are defined by the product listing or commission order. Minecraft itself, gameplay code and ready-to-install mods are excluded. Unlisted platforms and future versions are not guaranteed compatible.
Price & payment
Displayed prices are totals including applicable taxes. There are no shipping charges. Checkout is provided by Stripe; available payment methods appear there. Ready-made paid assets unlock after payment confirmation. Custom skins cost €6.99 each; static and animated models cost €9.99 each. The total is based on quantity; no administrator quote is required. After confirmed payment, briefs and reference image attachments are emailed to info@mls-tech.de. Two revisions within the brief are included; delivery timing is confirmed by email.
Delivery, revisions & rights
Files are available from your signed-in order page. Commission revisions cover the agreed scope; new concepts, animations or platforms require a separate agreement. Acceptance and exhaustion of included revisions do not affect statutory remedies for defects. Commercial use, modification, exclusivity and redistribution require the corresponding license stated in the order. Purchasing does not automatically transfer copyright. You must have permission to provide references.
Withdrawal, cancellation & refunds
EU consumers generally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract. Immediate supply of digital content requires your express consent and acknowledgment that withdrawal rights are lost when supply begins. A custom commission does not automatically remove withdrawal rights. If you request an early start and then withdraw from a service, a proportionate charge for work performed may apply under applicable law. Loss of withdrawal rights on full performance also requires the legal conditions to be met.
Contact the trader by order message or email with a clear withdrawal, cancellation or defect request. You may write: “I withdraw from order [order number], ordered on [date], name [name], email [email].” No specific form is mandatory. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method. Statutory rights take precedence over this notice.
Privacy & contact
Orders, payment identifiers and delivery records are used to fulfill contracts, provide support and retain accounting records as required by law. References are accessible only to the relevant customer and administrators. Stripe handles card information. Do not upload unrelated personal information.
